About Jodie

A yoga practice can shift your mindset, move energy for healing, unwind tension, strengthen your body, and can help you expand beyond limiting beliefs.

In 2012, I sat in my first yoga teacher training. I have continued to honour the role of student with over 800 hours in continued education.

Additionally, I’m a practitioner of Vedic meditation.

A curious and committed yoga practice has given me the ability to sit with what is, sometimes challenging and confronting, other times refreshing.

Yoga has increased my ability to take inspired action and has enriched the relationships I share with my children, family, friends, and community.

I’ve been able to combine my love of travel and adventure by creating yoga retreats both internationally and here on the north coast of NSW.

For you….

Something people may not know about being a yogi is that it creeps up on you!  As human beings, we are having an experience through our own lens (eyes). Sometimes our lens is clouded, and it has a direct impact on the way we see and experience our external world. Yoga is a method for polishing our lens so that we can see with clarity and navigate change.

When we move physically with intention and attention, the way we see and experience things begins to change!

A consistent yoga practice has the potential to not only tone your body and calm your mind but can also magnify within you a more unified way of moving through the world.

If I wasn’t a yogi, it’s likely I’d be planting trees :-)
